We will be hosting our Urban Mindful Music Retreat in the center of Berlin from the
15. - 17. November 2019
This is an opportunity to dive deep into the work we are doing in a weekend intensive.

Join us for 3 days of exploring who we are underneath the conditionings and beliefs that don't serve us anymore.
We will be doing exercises to help you connect with your body, to connect with your heart, and there will be many exercises to connect with each other.
